Facility Usage
室内には常時８席のソファと付帯テーブルがあり、資料の閲覧や歓談に使用していただけます。
The room is permanently equipped with eight sofa seats and accompanying tables, available for browsing archives or casual conversation.
展示楽器は演奏が可能で、これらを使用した試奏や個人練習にご利用いただけます。また、広い室内スペースも使用しての小演奏会や講演会、団体練習や勉強会なども開催可能で、その際の追加席として、20脚の折り畳み椅子が常備されています。（外部からの楽器持込みも可。）
The instruments on display are playable and available for trial sessions or individual practice. The spacious interior can also be used to host small concerts, lectures, group rehearsals, or study sessions; twenty folding chairs are kept on hand to provide additional seating for such events. (You are also welcome to bring your own instruments.)

● 資料閲覧と展示楽器試奏のみの利用は無料（自由献金）ですが、展示楽器を使用した個人練習については１時間当り１,000円目安、また、団体練習や公演会場などとしてのご利用に際しては（設営・片付け・リハーサルを含めた）１時間当り2,000円目安のご献金をお願いしておりますので、資料室運用の継続のため、ご理解・ご協力くださいませ。
● While there is no charge (voluntary donations welcome) for simply viewing archives or trying out the instruments on display, we request a donation of approximately 1,000 yen per hour for individual practice using the instruments. For use as a venue for group practice or performances, we ask for a donation of approximately 2,000 yen per hour (covering setup, cleanup, and rehearsal time). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us continue to operate this facility.
＊所蔵資料の室外貸出はおこなっておりません。また、室内にコピー機はありません。
* Items from the archives are not available for loan outside the premises. There is no photocopier available in the reference room.
＊会開催場としてのご利用の場合を含め、室内へは土足ではお入りいただけません (30名様分のスリッパの用意があります)。同様に、室内での水分補給以外の飲食もご遠慮ください。
* Please remove your shoes before entering the room (slippers are available for 30 people); this applies to all visitors, including those using the space for events. Likewise, please refrain from consuming food or beverages inside the room, with the exception of water for hydration.

奉仕ベースでの運用のため、ご希望の日時に沿えない場合がありますで、何卒ご了承くださいませ。
Use of the facility is by advance reservation only; please submit your request via the dedicated email address below. Please provide your preferred date, purpose of use, time, number of participants, and your name and contact information. We will reply as soon as we receive your message. As this facility is operated on a volunteer basis, please understand that we may not always be able to accommodate your requested date and time.
